personal_stolen_vehicle_threshold_data
This data flow is used by the Provide Driver and Traveler Services function to establish and change thresholds governing an account with a stolen vehicle recovery service. This will include parameters such as authorized locations (geo-fencing), time of day restrictions, behavior (extreme speeds), etc. These thresholds can be used to monitor the vehicle and detect when a vehicle may be in use by someone other than the owner and trigger a stolen vehicle alert.
