hazmat_load_data

This data flow contains the manifest data plus the chemical characteristics of a hazmat load being carried by a commercial vehicle. This may vary from an electronic version of the HAZMAT Placard on the side of the trailer or more detailed advisory information about the load. This data is used by the emergency services to plan their responses if the vehicle on which the load is traveling is involved in an incident.
