vehicle_signage_road_closure_data

This data flow is used within the Manage Traffic and Provide Driver and Traveler Services functions. It contains information for use by in-vehicle signage units to be distributed to drivers approaching an area of the roadway with some type of road closure, perhaps due to weather conditions. It consists of the following items each of which is defined in its own DDE:
