This data flow is sent to the emergency personnel and represents an auditory or electronic alert that a vehicle has intruded upon an incident scene, or is about to intrude upon an incident scene. The auditory alert may constitute a siren, or other type of alarm. The electronic alert could cause an alert on a device carried by the personnel.
