signal_phase_timing_to_centers

This data flow sent from Provide Device Control processes to onboard processes indicates the amount of time remaining in the current phase (red, amber, green, left-turn, etc.) that is being transmitted by a signal controller. This data flow consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE:
