transit_restricted_lane_priority

This data flow contains requests and information about the overall priority which should be given to one or more transit vehicles to use a restricted lane or roadway in the road network served by the function, as opposed to priority requests for individual vehicles at specific locations. As this is a 'blanket' application of priority, no list of indicators is needed.
