ITS information of broad interest that is relevant over a wide area and suitable for broadcast distribution. This flow is a super-flow; it does not define specific content since it represents all wide-area broadcast information flows defined in ARC-IT. This information flow represents any of those broadcast information flows and inherits the data content and attributes defined in the more detailed information flows.
