mmv_personal_weather_alert

This data flow contains micromobility vehicle alerts that report regionally relevant current and forecasted weather conditions and may include pathway temperatures, icy/flooded pathway conditions, and other information that may impact the MMV User. Alerts are provided based on user-supplied subscriptions including the user's location, route, or timeframe, as well as configurable alert thresholds (e.g., severity of the alert). It consists of the following data item which is defined in its own DDE: weather_alert
