pathway_equipment_status_for_centers

This data flow is used to provide the operational status (state of the device, configuration, and fault data) of a set of pathway equipment that is sent to centers for data collection. The data flow consists of the following data items each of which is defined in its own DDE: list_size(station_id+ equip_identity+equip_device_status)
