connected_vehicle_permission_set_data
This data flow provides a Cooperative ITS Credential Management System (CCMS) with data on connected vehicle system users - either specific systems, devices, or applications that require special certificates to use an application, e.g. signal preemption. This data flow will indicate the provider service identifier (PSID), geographic coverage of the permissions and classes of users that are permitted to have this extra permission.
